5:15pm                                    Welcome/Opening Remarks & register for Wellness Challenge

5:30pm – 6:30pm                   Group workout “Barre by the Lake” with Ashley Hogue in the Lakelawn room or start your Walking  Challenge by the Lake 

7:00pm-9:00pm                     Dinner onsite at the “Lakehouse” with Resort Chef & Director of F&B. Dessert, Bonfire & Acoustic guitar after dinner activities.                                                   The Lake house is located on the lake off the walking path all the way to the right (facing the lake)

                  

   

FRIDAY, May 31st, 2019

7:30am-8:30am                     Morning workout in health club, walking, running path ON OWN. You get points by checking in at desk after your workout. 

8:00am                                    Registration opens for the Wellness Challenge & Conference

9:00am                                    Welcome & Opening remarks, Lake Lawn Resort & Sunrise Springs Spa Resort. 

9:15am – 10:45am                 General Session TED Style – Learn from 2 Different Experts

                                                     Our Theme is Self-Care, start with yourself.

3:15pm – 3:45pm                 CSR activity, Dog Yoga demo/experience to benefit Lakeland Animal Shelter, Rachael Riggs                                     

3:45pm                                  Head to Ice House near Lake for Reception                  

4:00pm                                  Mocktail/Cocktail hour-Try the newest cocktail -the “MEHO” #lovetitos. Wellness Challenge ends & Prizes will be drawn

 

4:00pm-6:00pm                   Optional Pick Your Lake Lawn Resort Experience Activity below* Earn points towards the wellness challenge by registering at registration desk & scan your phone for points then visit each activity at your leisure after 4pm. 

  • Golf Clinic
  • Spa wine tour with mini-manicures
  • Chair massages at pro shop

SATURDAY, June 1st-optional

10am                 Saturday morning  boat tour and history of Lake Delevan- 90 minutes, meet at the pier. Coffee, tea, bagels, muffins, fruit & yogurt parfait’s                             provided.
